Consumer electronics is ElectronicPartner's core business. The company is now expanding its range – to benefit the environment.
The electronic partner group for entertainment and household electronics is now also entering the renewable energy business. The company announced on Friday in Neuss that it would in future offer products such as photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and wall boxes under the “Wendepunkt” brand. In addition, there is also the installation and commissioning of the devices. This is therefore open to all specialist retailers and franchise partners in the group.
According to ElectronicPartner, the first specialist retailers are already offering advice on relevant products and services and then refer customers to specialist partners. In the future, retailers should be able to take on additional tasks as part of their existing businesses.
Planned expansion
According to ElectronicPartner's plans, stores under the new brand name will be launched for the first time at the beginning of 2026. The group wants to address existing or new companies and integrate them under its brand umbrella.
According to the group, there are around 2,700 members across Germany, most of whom operate as their own companies, but operate and work together externally under the ElectronicPartner umbrella brand. Last year, sales of 1.2 billion euros were achieved. That was a decrease of 4.5 percent compared to the previous year.
