Cardi B and Offset have broken up. The musician confirmed this on Monday in a live stream on Instagram, as several US media outlets unanimously reported. “I’ve recently been single again,” she revealed the news to her followers in the livestream, which is no longer available.
It was very difficult for her to make the separation public, but now the time has come. The 31-year-old musician said: “I just didn’t know how to tell the world.” Three days ago, many fans noticed that the rapper and the Migos member no longer followed each other on social media. The rumors of a breakup spread quickly.
Not the first breakup
It’s not the first time that the two stars have separated. In 2018, there were rumors that Offset had cheated on his wife – and they separated shortly afterwards. Only a short time later, however, the two found each other again. In February 2019, they appeared kissing and kissing on the red carpet at the Grammy Awards.
The next separation followed a year and a half later. In September 2020, Cardi B filed for divorce and described her marriage as “irretrievably broken” in the application. Offset and Cardi B became a couple in early 2017 and the two got married that same year. Their daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus was born in 2018. Their son Wave Set was born in 2021. Offset also has a daughter named Kalea and sons Kody and Jordan from previous relationships.
